Return & Withdrawal Policy
Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive your order.
How to withdraw
- Send us a clear statement by email to cosartclo@gmail.com
- Please send your request within the 14-day period.
Returning your items
- Please send the items back within 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.
- Return shipping goes to our return center in Luxembourg: 5 Bongertswee, 5447 Schwebsigen, Luxembourg.
- The direct costs of return shipping are paid by you.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. We may reduce your refund if items show signs of use beyond what is needed to check them.
Your refund
- We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs of your original order.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of return.
- The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order.
Exceptions
- Customers outside the EU: all sales are final.
